Happy (Early) Thanksgiving

Happy (early) Thanksgiving from all of us here at the home office! While we are busy finalizing our holiday plans for later this week, we are also making it a point to set aside time to reflect on all we have to be grateful for this year. And at the top of that list is you! After all, every life we impact on our mission of better health would not be possible without you. We truly value our relationship with you and are grateful to have you as part of our New Earth family.

With that being said, we have made a few changes to our normal schedule to allow our team extra time to enjoy their holiday celebrations.

Holiday Hours: The corporate office will be closed on November 25th and 26th and will reopen on Saturday the 27th to assist with your business needs.
Events: There will be no Healthy Hustles or Success Lab this week. Both will continue on their normal schedule next week, starting with a new Healthy Hustle on November 30th.

Referral Rewards

Through the end of the year, your customers will continue to see a shareable coupon in every order that is good for 10% off and FREE shipping on any brand new customer’s order.

But this month, we added a little twist in the form of a special gift for the referring customer.

When they successfully refer 3 new customers, 2 things will happen:

Your customer will receive an email thanking them for their referral. Inside the email will be a special offer that is good for one FREE bottle of New Earth supplements!* These emails will be sent twice a month, once in the middle of the month and once at the end of the month. The coupon code will be good for 30 days after the email is sent and may be redeemed by calling Customer Care at 800.800.1300.
You will acquire a new customer that you earn commissions on.

How can you utilize this promotion?

Take care of your customers and ensure they have an excellent experience with you and New Earth. As you complete your regular customer follow-up, ensure they are aware of the rewards for referring new customers and ask if they know of anyone who could benefit from New Earth products and better health. And, of course, encourage your customers to share the offer, or ask if they would be willing to introduce you to the people they have in mind.

*Your customer’s coupon is good for 30 days from the date the email is sent and is valid for USA orders only. The value of the free bottle may not exceed $75 retail price.
