Striving for Excellence
Habits are a little bit funny. They can be helpful or harmful depending on what they are. But regardless of how they affect us, habits are especially hard to change.
Our daily actions, or habits, are what shape us. It’s true when it comes to both health and business. There’s no getting around that. There is a quote by Aristotle that really hits home, “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not an act, but a habit.”
It’s through this journey of striving for excellence that we are able to grow on both a personal and business level. To quote Stephen Covey, “Sow a thought, reap an action; sow an action, reap a habit; sow a habit, reap a character; sow a character, reap a destiny.” The entire process relies on your daily habits.
As we kick off August, we challenge you to ask yourself, are my daily business habits serving me and moving me closer to my goals? If they are, excellent. If not, you’ve identified areas for improvement. When it comes to striving for excellence we all have plenty of room for improvement.
August Promotions
What you do today will determine the growth you experience tomorrow. And, the number one action you can take to support your business growth day in and day out is prospecting, as it’s the first step in completing a 2 x 2 every month. Plus, there are still added rewards for doing so!
Teamwork Makes the Summer Dream Work
The details are as follows:
- Help a New Associate complete a 2 x 2 (two new customers and two new Associates) in their first 30 days. When that happens the new Associate will earn a $150 bonus and you will receive a $75 bonus.*
OR
- Help a New Associate complete a 2 x 2 (two new customers and two new Associates) in their first 60 days. When that happens the new Associate will earn a $75 bonus and you will receive a $40 bonus.*
*Available for USA accounts. The New Associate must join in June, July, or August and complete the 2 x 2 within 60 days to qualify. Limit, one bonus per New Associate. The Associate must be brand new to the company, account upgrades do not qualify. The bonus payout will follow the semi-monthly schedule.
