Compensation Plan and Rank Requalification Updates
Come September you may see a rank change in your online office. We are making a small shift to highlight and celebrate your highest achieved rank to date. And, you will see that achieved rank remain, that is until you reach your next goal and hit the next rank (at which point we will be celebrating with you again).
Remember, achieved rank has nothing to do with your current pay level. You will still rely on “Paid As Rank” for that information.
The change is minimal and it helps you identify where to focus your efforts when it comes to coaching and mentoring your team to grow new leaders within your organization.
Starting in September, we will track Qualified Generation, a new volume that tracks whether or not an Associate has been paid at Elite Manager or above in a 12-month period (current and 11 previous months). Leaders and uplines, this is crucial information for you. A simple yes/no column will clearly show you who is qualified as a generation and who isn’t. The same holds true for Check Match Bonuses.
Generation and Check Match Bonuses are determined by the Qualified Generation status of your Elite Managers and above (for Generation Bonuses) and Sapphire Executives and higher (for Check Match). If an Associate fails to maintain their Elite Manager or higher qualification, the Associate will no longer count as a Generation for you even though their Achieved Rank remains unchanged.

There’s Still Time to Join the Club
There are a few days left in the month of August which means there is still time to reach the goal of two orders through your Gut Reboot landing page.
When you achieve this goal you will be welcomed into the “No Guts, No Glory” club. And, when that happens you will have access to three 30-minute weekly one-on-one sessions with a member of the sales development team (including V.P. Kevin Larson), you will receive exclusive training with your top leaders to help promote duplication within your network (growth), and you will receive a limited edition “No Guts, No Glory” t-shirt.
