Your New Online Office Genie

We know that business growth and data go hand in hand. As we evolve and grow it’s important to have business-focused tools to help us along the way. With that, we have been working behind the scenes to make some modifications to your Online Office Genie and are happy to announce that it is now faster than ever.

When you log into your Online Office you will notice that you have access to two genies. The one you are used to and a brand new one. Within the next few weeks, we will be transitioning strictly to the new one and removing the old, so now is the time to become familiar with it.

As you begin to explore your new genie, you will notice that it shows Associates only. Yes, this was intentional and we will get into that in just a moment. But, before doing so, let’s address a concern that might be popping in your head… “what about my customer data?” You will find everything you need in the revised My Customers report (further down in the Business tab) where you can see all of your customers and have the ability to sort by customer type, join date, last order, and more.

Ok, now back to your updated Genie and the benefits you are going to enjoy…

  • It’s much faster.
  • You can drill down into a network leg to full depth which means with one easy click you can see an entire leg. This will help you identify opportunities for growth, promising Associates you can work with, and so on.
  • You have the ability to expand all. Meaning, if you prefer seeing everyone at once, you can!
  • We added a personal customer count column so you can see if your team is growing and maintaining their customer base.
  • We changed the default listing to descending DV, putting your largest networks at the top. This is especially handy when it comes to hitting certain ranks that require 1k DV legs.
  • This new Genie is also taking the place of your Frontline report simply because it’s a much faster and easier way to get all of the same data in one place.
