We’re Expanding Our Hours

During this time of uncertainty and crisis, we want to be available for you. We understand that many of you are balancing work, homeschooling kids, running your New Earth business and more, especially right now. With that, we are expanding our hours to include Saturdays. For a limited time, Customer Care will now be available to assist with your needs on Saturdays from 8 am to 11 am Pacific beginning this Saturday, April 25th! We can be reached at 800.800.1300 or support@newearthsupport.com.

Sharing the Opportunity

It’s a crazy, crazy time we are living through. Who would have thought we would live through a time where unemployment rates are bouncing above 16% and we were all being asked to stay in our homes.

That puts us in a position to really make a change and help those who are temporarily out of work keep moving forward, continue to grow and develop new skills and, of course, generate some income. And, we have our April $59 enrollment special which makes it a great time to invite people into our gig economy!

That begs the question though, what really is the best way to share the opportunity? The short answer, direct messaging and a video.

If you’re not familiar with the “Be a New Earth Wellness Entrepreneur” video yet, get familiar. It’s an excellent short video that provides a brief explanation of who we are, what we do and why we do it. As a matter of fact, it’s the perfect video to share with those you have a connection with and truly believe would enjoy and benefit from being a Wellness Entrepreneur.

This can be shared through any kind of direct messaging (email, text, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, etc.) This is a time to genuinely connect with your prospects and ask permission to share. It could sound something like… “Hey (name), I’ve been following your posts on social media and saw that you’ve been temporarily laid off. Man, I’m sorry to hear that. How are things going for you?”

Let your prospect respond, have a bit of a conversation and actually CARE! Then when the timing is right, say “Well hey, as you may or may not know, I have been building a business from home for the last ___ year(s) and it has been going really well. I’d love to share a little more about it if you’re up for it. Would you be open to watching a short video?”

When they say yes, you can respond with, “Great! Is it ok if I follow up with you tomorrow after you’ve watched the video to continue our conversation?” When they agree, you send the video and prepare to follow up.

*Pro Tip: Always set a time frame for them to watch the video. Make it important. Remember, you have a real opportunity that can potentially change your prospect’s life. It’s important to treat it as such.

Of course, that first part will change from person to person, but that second part could remain the same for almost everyone. Now, that’s just an example. Not everyone you talk to will be temporarily laid off. You may be reaching out to someone because you admire their work ethic and drive and would like to partner up with them. Remember, it’s important to use your own words, in a way that makes sense to you.

Now, here’s the important part: After you send that link to the video, you must, must, must actually follow up and continue the conversation.

If your follow up goes well, and your prospect is still interested, invite them to learn more about the company and the people they would be working with (the ones they would have in their corner, helping them succeed) by referring them to watch a 15-minute video where Kevin, Justin, and Nicole talk about the enrollment special, why now is a great time to be part of the gig economy, and more about solutions that New Earth offers.

Again, follow up and continue the conversation. If they are still interested, you can go for the close or invite them to meet the sales team in person (Zoom, or conference call), we’d be glad to schedule a chat with you and your prospects and answer any questions they have!

You have some fantastic tools at your fingertips that will help you tell your story, so get out there and tell it! There is some urgency here, the time is now, let’s get out there and be part of the solution. This enrollment special ends April 30th and some exclusions apply.

Your Social Media Communication Plan

If you’ve been tuning into the Success Labs you know that we’ve spent the last couple weeks discussing content creation. We now know and understand that when it comes to marketing on Facebook it’s all about content and adding value to our target market. Of course, the story doesn’t end there though, we have to create content that inspires our audience to engage. When we can effectively do that, we will see a difference in our business.

Now, most recently we talked about Facebook insights and tracking our progress. We discussed the key metrics to pay attention to in order to understand how your content is performing.

This week we are going to switch gears just a bit and talk about your communication plan.

What the heck is a communication plan? This may be a new term for you. Well, it’s exactly what it sounds like, it’s the plan you will develop that outlines the content you will be sharing with your audience.

If you’ve been wondering what you should post, how many times a day you should post, what’s good and what’s bad and so on, tonight’s training is one you will want to tune into!

See you tonight at 6 pm Pacific.
