Our Heart Is in It

Thomas J. Watson, once said, “To be successful, you have to have your heart in your business and your business in your heart.” That couldn’t be closer to the truth, and it has everything to do with passion.

You have to be passionate about your business and your business has to fit into your passion. We are all here because we are passionate about good health and helping people, so we decided to make this passion our business. And you know what? There is no better way to do business.

Running a business, any business, can be a bit like a rollercoaster ride at times. You land an appointment with a big prospect and reach a high. Maybe the meeting doesn’t go as expected and all of a sudden you have dropped from high to low. Do you know what keeps you going through these lows? Your heart. Your passion. Your DRIVE.

What we have here at New Earth is a passion-driven business which of course creates resilience. We have the ability to endure the times and situations that may not go our way, that may be a bit tough, and rise above, keep pushing forward, and keep helping people. Meeting Expectations

Customer expectations are not what they were 20 years ago. With the change of technology and new generations entering the marketplace, customer demands and expectations have evolved. And, with that, we must evolve. We can likely agree that that’s simply business 101.

A majority of today’s consumers are very much online. Through social networking and browsing, they learn about new products and make their purchase decisions from the comfort of their home, behind a screen. They like their purchase process to be simple and quick and they like to have easy access to information so they can make their purchase decision. They also desire one more very important thing, and that is a connection to the brand or person they are doing business with.
