Your Tool for Retention
Acquiring a new Customer or enrolling a new Business Associate is no easy task. It typically takes multiple conversations and exposures. With that, you work hard to acquire new business so it only makes sense to retain that business. We have the perfect tool to help you do so, the new and improved Saves Report that will be hitting your Online Office very soon.
This upgraded report will now identify your first level Associates who are up for renewal along with your first level Customers who need to place an order to maintain their account no matter where they reside, USA or abroad.
How should you use this for retention? Check the report weekly and call the Customers and Associates that appear on your report. Let them know that you care, that you are here for them, answer their questions, and encourage them to take action and pay their renewal and/or place an order. This simple behavior helps to execute not one, but two of our key behaviors for success: leadership and retention.
The saying holds true: the war is won or lost on the battlefield of retention.

Ok, you twisted our arm, we will call the doctor, Dr. Bruno that is.
Jeffrey Bruno is a licensed clinical psychologist and integrative mental health specialist who lives in Pacifica, CA. He is the author (2014) of “Eat Light & Feel Bright: Microalgae Solutions for Individual and Planetary Health.” Dr. Bruno is a pioneer in the emerging field of Nutritional Psychology. He has conducted research on the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral benefits of eating Aphanizomenon flos-aquae (AFA) in children. Moreover, he has worked with hundreds of children diagnosed with ADHD using a combined AFA microalgae and Feingold Dietary intervention. A scientist, a clinician, and an evolutionary thinker, Dr. Bruno is passionate about the health benefits of microalgae.
Dr. Bruno will be joining us as a keynote speaker this September at Klamath Falls NEU. He will also be giving a sneak peek on a very special Success lab on Monday, July 29th. We invite and encourage you to tune in!
