Acidophilus and Bifidus Updates

Acidophilus and Bifidus are going through some changes, good changes! The Greek philosopher Heraclitus once said: “the only constant is change.” And that is the truth in the supplement industry right now.

So, what are we doing and what does it mean for you?

  • Acidophilus “serving size” will change from two caps to one cap. (With an increase in CFU’s per serving.)
  • Bifidus “serving size” will change from two caps to one cap. (With the same CFU’s per serving.)

We took all of those good bacteria and put them in one capsule. That’s right, both the Acidophilus and Bifidus serving size are going from two capsules to one capsule per serving making them easier to consume.

For Acidophilus only, we are increasing the activity level. It is going from 2.4 billion Colony Forming Units (CFU) per serving to 5 billion CFU per serving. Colony Forming Units is a term used to describe the number of viable probiotic cells.

Bifidus will remain at 3 billion CFU per serving but that “service size” is now only one capsule instead of two capsules.

You will see the Acidophilus changes take effect within the next week. Stay tuned for Bifidus.
