Getting to Know Your Online Office Part 3

Last week we explored the marketing tools you have at your fingertips and how to utilize them best to grow your New Earth business. Today we are going to dive a little deeper into your online office and explore the contents of the resources tab and how they can help you grow your New Earth business.

Think of every new career you have started, what did each require? Preparation. Every time you embark on a new career path, take on a new role or dive into a new business venture it takes preparation. You have to gain an understanding of what is expected of you, what is required to achieve success and advanced knowledge of the product or service you represent. That is exactly why we created the Resources tab, to help you and your team prepare for your journey to success with New Earth.

When you visit the Resources tab of your online office, you will notice a long list of items ranging from Spanish resources to Boot Camp webinars. It can be a bit overwhelming at first, all you have to do is dive in. So what exactly is the best approach to becoming familiar with the resources? If you are new to New Earth or onboarding a new associate, we recommend the following approach.

Kick off your resources journey with the company video section. Here you will find a wealth of videos that will provide you with a solid idea of who we are as a company, what we are about, how our products are made, and the quality and purity we stand behind. In other words, it’s a great first step to learn about the culture of the company that is here to support you on your journey.

Once you are familiar with the culture, be sure to review the online office training videos. Your online office is the hub of your business. It’s where you go to manage all things New Earth. These videos will give you a great overview of important tools and resources you have available to you. Knowing how to use your resources will save time on the back end so you can be out networking, recruiting and sharing the power of Earth’s First Foods®.

As you think about growing your business it’s important to understand how you get paid, right? You will find all the information you need under the compensation plan section of the Resources tab. The better you understand the compensation plan, the better you can focus your efforts on core activities that will help you maximize your earnings.

A key part of the compensation plan is sharing both the New Earth opportunity and New Earth products. We offer over 20 different health supporting products, which can be a lot to keep up with. Have no fear though; we have resources to help you out. You will want to visit two key sections to assist with your product knowledge: Product Flyers and Product Family Videos. These are great tools to review and share with your prospects.

Once you hit this point, you will be up to speed with all things New Earth, but the resources journey doesn’t end here. To achieve your goals and create success you must keep learning and developing new skills. Afterall a key part of networking marketing is personal development. We encourage you to watch the recorded webinars, both corporate and Boot Camp webinars, to assist with your continued growth.

As you can see, the Resources tab provides a wealth of knowledge for veteran and new associates alike. It’s a fantastic tool for onboarding new associates, keeping up with personal development and growing your New Earth business. We have created tools to help you succeed; the key is utilizing them. Dare in Motion

On Monday’s corporate webinar Vice President, Kevin Larson, announced our latest Dare in Motion contest, one you will surely want to participate in. By participating in this contest you will not only have the opportunity to win some awesome prizes, but you will reinforce duplication in your network which we all know is a recipe for success in this industry.

Welcome to the Dare in Motion, a contest that is running January through April 2018 that is based on the Dare to be Wild platform. It’s about taking the dare, challenging others to take the dare and growing your New Earth business along the way. So let’s dive into the benchmarks and details.

The Dare in Motion is broken down into three stages with unique benchmarks and prizes.

  • Stage 1: To complete stage one you must enroll a minimum of one new Associate or PC per month, with a total of five by the end of the contest and accumulate 1,500 in new volume from your new personal enrollees. Upon completion you will win a New Earth swag bundle that includes a New Earth T-shirt, water bottle, towel and fitbit.
  • Stage 2: To complete stage two you must enroll a minimum of one new Associate or PC per month, with a total of seven by the end of the contest and accumulate 2,000 in new volume from your new personal enrollees. In addition, one personally enrolled Associate must complete stage one of the contest. Upon completion you will win an Amazon Echo and a $150 New Earth gift card.
  • Stage 3: To complete stage three you must enroll a minimum of one new Associate or PC per month with a total of 10 by the end of the contest and generate 3,000 in new volume from your new personal enrollees. In addition, one personally enrolled Associate must complete stage one and another personally enrolled Associate must complete stage two. Upon completion you will win an Apple Watch and FREE entry to Klamath Falls New Earth University 2018.

It gets even better! The prizes are cumulative which means you have the potential to win a New Earth t-shirt, water bottle, towel, fitbit, Amazon Echo, $150 New Earth gift card, Apple Watch, and FREE entry to Klamath Falls New Earth University 2018!

To give you a headstart, we’ll count PC and Associate enrollments from January toward your total enrollment count!

Activity is based on the Enroller tree. Orders must be for personal consumption; orders paid for and received by the account holder will count.
