New Earth Pay Portal
The transition to New Earth Pay Portal has officially begun. This Pay Portal has been designed to provide you with fast, convenient, and reliable access to your commission payments and will be rolling out through 2019.
The New Earth Pay Portal allows you to get paid your way thanks to a multitude of self-serve tools, easy on-the-go access, and automated payment transfer methods. From desktop to laptop, tablet to smartphone, your New Earth Pay Portal makes accessing your funds easy—wherever you are.
There will be a small data-processing (DP) fee of $2.00 associated with commission payments to your New Earth Pay Portal. This fee is vendor issued and will begin on December 7, 2018.
Acidophilus and Bifidus Changes
Acidophilus and Bifidus are going through some changes, good changes! The Greek Philosopher Heraclitus once said: “the only constant is change.” And that is the truth in the supplement industry right now.
So, what are we doing and what does it mean for you?
- Acidophilus “serving size” will change from two capsules to one capsule.
- Bifidus “serving size” will change from two capsules to one capsule.
We took all of those good bacteria and put them in one capsule. That’s right, both the Acidophilus and Bifidus serving size are going from two capsules to one capsule per serving making them easier to consume.
For Acidophilus only, we are increasing the activity level. It is going from 2.4 billion Colony Forming Units (CFU) per serving to 5 billion CFU per serving. (Colony Forming Units is a term used to describe the number of viable probiotic cells.)
Bifidus will remain at 3 billion CFU per serving but that “service size” is now only one capsule instead of two capsules.
These changes are expected to take place during the first quarter of 2019. We will continue to keep you updated on the timing of these changes.

- The corporate office will be closed December 24th and 25th as we celebrate the holidays. We will reopen at 8 am Pacific on December 26th. We will be open until 3 pm Pacific on December 31st and then closed on January 1st as we bring in the new year.
