A.S.P.I.R.E. Part 3
Over the last couple of weeks, we have been analyzing A.S.P.I.R.E. and how it relates to growing your New Earth business. We are onto our final week and last two steps: Repeating and Encouraging. This is where the power of persistence and ongoing communication takes place.
Repeat: As with everything in life, prospects are finite. They come and they make a decision to engage or not engage. It is imperative to always be filling the funnel with new prospects. The trick to talking to at least two new people every single day is to find yourself in new places frequently. Maybe this means taking up a community class, volunteering at a local food shelter, joining the chamber of commerce, engaging on social media, etc. Whatever it is, wherever you go, it is guaranteed to be an adventure as you journey to meet new people and share what you have to offer.
Encourage and Support: Everyone loves great customer service. In a relationship business, it is vital to be of service to all of the people you work with. That means contact and meaningful connection to your Retail Customers, Preferred Customers, and fellow Associates. As you engage in your business and encourage and support your customers and your team, you will find that the trust you have with them will only deepen and refine with age. Call them, text them, listen to them. Take the time to show them that their faith and trust in you will be rewarded tenfold; and in doing so, your reward will be even greater. Ensure the success of others, and your own success will become inevitable.
