It’s a Blackout
We will be upgrading our systems on October 1st and 2nd. During this time Customer Care will be open and available for any questions you may have. However, we will be closed for orders. All autoships will process as soon as the upgrade is complete on October 3rd. We will reopen for ordering no later than 8 am Pacific on October 3rd.

Downloading it is easy. Just search your mobile device’s app store for “New Earth Connected” and install. It’s available on both IOS and Android. Sign in with your email address and password “harvest”. You may change your password after your initial sign in.
