There are some core behaviors in this industry that promote business growth. Three of the most important are: prospecting, selling products, enrolling Associates, and mentoring (duplication). One of the best ways to measure your business growth and competency is by looking at your enroller tree.
Your enroller tree is primarily based on the seed you planted and the relationship you built that resulted in an enrollment. It is the strongest tie between you (the Associate) and your new team member.
We are happy to introduce the enroller gene report, a new way to view your enroller tree. The enroller gene paints a clear picture of who is truly enrolling new associates as opposed to placement.
