Tis the season

Did you know that we’re in the middle of our harvesting season? Every summer, we go through the delicate process of harvesting, cooling, processing and drying our Wild Microalgae. We’re extremely careful about it, too, as it’s very important that we keep the nutrients in our algae intact. It’s a fairly amazing process, from start to finish. Once our Wild Microalgae is harvested, we cool, clean, freeze and store it in just a few hours’ time.
