Code of Ethics

We pride ourselves at New Earth with having the very highest standards of excellence in the industry. One of the ways we maintain this is by being a member of the Direct Selling Association (DSA).

This valuable organization updated their code of ethics this month and shared the following reasons for doing so:

“Our Code is the backbone of DSA and a powerful expression of your company’s commitment to the highest consumer and sales force protections. From time to time, we re-examine the Code to ensure that member companies continue to meet or exceed the changing expectations of regulators and the public and lead the entire sales channel on business ethics. This summer, DSA’s Board of Directors significantly strengthened our Code by enhancing requirements for product and earnings claims made by member companies and members of the sales force. Additionally, the Code Administrator was given more power to adjudicate matters involving the repurchase of inventory and report compliance publicly.”
