From the Home Team—A Successful Algae Harvest Season
We’re excited to share some great news: This year’s harvest was a success! In fact, our team reports that this was one of the best harvest seasons we’ve had in several years.
Each summer, our dedicated harvest crew heads out to the pristine waters of Upper Klamath Lake in southern Oregon to collect our one-of-a-kind superfood, Aphanizomenon flos-aquae (AFA). The process required just the right conditions—clear water, optimal sunlight, and precise timing—to ensure that we’re gathering the purest, most nutrient-dense algae possible.
We’re pleased to announce that the 2025 harvest season has now officially wrapped up, and the results were outstanding. The high-quality yield from this year’s harvest means we’ll continue to have a consistent, potent source of organic Wild Microalgae™ for all of our products.
This success is a direct reflection of our ongoing commitment to sustainability and excellence. Every harvest is performed with great care to protect the lake’s delicate ecosystem, ensuring that this remarkable resource can continue to thrive for generations to come.
Thank you for being part of our mission to share the powerful benefits of nature’s original superfood.
