From the Home Team—Paying with PayPal
Did you know that you can now pay for your one-time orders with PayPal? It’s true! Anytime you place a one-time order online, you have the option of paying for your order with PayPal instead of a credit card. This option makes checking out on the website easier than ever, as you simply need to login to your PayPal account to pay instead of entering your credit card information.
How exactly do you check out using PayPal? It’s simple! Visit newearth.com, add items you would like to your cart, then click checkout. Once on the checkout page, click the yellow “PayPal” button at the top of the page. This will open a pop-up window prompting you to login to your PayPal account (if you don’t see it, make sure your browsing settings allow pop-ups). Once logged in, PayPal will ask you to verify which payment method (bank account, card, etc) you want to use. Select the one you want and click the “Continue to Review Order” button. This will take you back to the New Earth checkout page and will autofill your information such as your email and shipping address. If you need to change your shipping address or select a different shipping method, you can click the arrow next to those items, which will uncollapse that area and give you the ability to edit that information.
Once you’ve double checked that all of your information is correct, simply click the “Pay Now” button at the bottom of the page. This will submit your order with PayPal as your payment method.
Please note that paying with PayPal is not an option for subscription orders, as we need a credit card on file to process recurring payments for these orders.
