 From the Home Team—The Annual Sales Requirement

As you may remember, as of the launch of our new compensation plan back in April, we no longer require an Annual Renewal Fee to keep your New Earth Business Account active. Instead, there is now an Annual Sales Requirement that every Affiliate must meet in order to keep their business account open and active each year.

The Annual Renewal Requirement states that Affiliates need to refer $1,000 in sales by new customers who enrolled during that Affiliate’s annual cycle, based on when they joined our current commission program.

Because so many facets of your business transitioned (ordering, subscriptions, compensation plan, back office, payment methods, etc.),  and we value our ongoing partnership with every Affiliate, we are pleased to inform you that there has been a slight change to this requirement.

For this first year only, both new customer sales AND your personal orders will count toward this requirement!

Here are a few important pieces of information to note…

  • Annual cycle refers to the full calendar year starting on the Affiliate’s enrollment date. The annual cycle for those who had business accounts prior to the new compensation plan starts on April 1st and ends March 31st.
  • New customer sales refer to orders placed by Connected Customers who have enrolled within your annual cycle.  A new customer is anyone who has either never ordered before or did not have an active account as of March 2024.  Any former customers who rejoin will be considered new so long as they use your affiliate link to join. 
  • Personal sales must be made on the Affiliate’s customer account that uses the same email as their business account (which is the email you use to log into your back office). If orders are placed using a different email, they will not be counted toward your personal sales.

With that, keep an eye on your email this week as our team will be sending out emails to each and every one of you about the progress you’ve made.
