 From the Home Team—Subscription Migration is Complete!

Did you hear the good news last week? The migration of product subscriptions is officially complete!

We know this process has taken longer than expected as we’ve encountered a number of unforeseeable obstacles along the way. So before we dive into this any further, we want to take a moment to thank you for your patience and understanding throughout this process. 

Now, let’s dive into the details of what this means for you and your customers. 

First and foremost, if you had a product subscription in the previous system, you can now view and edit it from your Product Account. If you haven’t already, please follow the steps below to login to your account and view your product subscription to ensure all the details are accurate. While you’re there, you can also make changes as needed. 

Viewing your own Product Subscription: 

  1. Visit newearth.com. 
  2. Click the ‘Login’ button in the top right corner. 
  3. Click the blue ‘Manage Subscription’ button on the right side of the screen. 
  4. On this screen, you will see any product subscriptions attached to your account. Each subscription will allow you to view its status, products, next order date, and order frequency. 
  5. If you need to make changes to your subscription, you can do so by clicking the ‘see more details’ button for that subscription. This will take you to a page where you can edit your subscription details. 

Once you’ve taken the time to review your own subscription, check in with your customers and remind them that they should review any subscriptions they have set up, too.

Check In With Your Team
The end of the month is fast approaching, which means it’s a great time to check in with your team. Get in contact with them, ask how their business is going, and offer to help if you can. That way, you and your whole team can end the month on a high note. 

Need to get the contact information for your team members? Check out the Network tab in your Business Portal. In this tab, you can click the ‘detail’ tab next to the level of your network you want to view. Here, you will be able to see all of your team members on that level, along with their email address and some basic information about how their business is doing.
