 From the Home Team—Start Working Toward Your Goals

January is a time for setting goals and taking the first steps toward completing them. If you’ve set any kind of goals for your business this year (we hope you have), then we want to help you get off to a great start, which is why we’re sharing two of our favorite direct-selling tips that will help you start taking steps toward your goals today.

1. Contact Past Customers. If you’ve been doing this for a while, then there is no doubt that you have a list of customers who haven’t ordered in a while. The start of a new year is a great time to touch base with these individuals and see if there is anything you can do to help them reach their wellness goals this year. Helpful Hint: The Downline Inactivity report in your Online Office is a great tool for helping you generate a list of past customers to reach out to.

2. Leverage Suggestive Selling. When pursuing business growth, it’s vital that you don’t gloss over the importance of your current customers and the experience they are having. With that in mind, consider leveraging tactics like upselling and cross-selling (collectively known as suggestive selling) to keep your customers happy and give your sales a boost.
