You’ve worked hard to grow your business. You’ve spent time building relationships with customers and recruiting new partner Associates. But how much time have you given your existing customers and team members?
You’ve probably heard the old saying “make new friends but keep the old. One is silver, the other is gold.” The same concept applies when we are talking about customers and team members. Growing your business by finding new customers and partner Associates is, and always will be, important, but the people you’ve already welcomed to the New Earth family are equally as valuable. After all, you’ve put a lot of time and energy into building those relationships, and as long as you take care of them, they will stick around and continue to be a valuable part of your business.
With the end of the month drawing near, now is the perfect time to focus on your retention efforts. What customers haven’t ordered in a while? Which of your partner Associates need to pay their renewal fees? We know that’s a lot to keep track of by yourself. That’s why we included a tool, called the Saves Report, in your Online Office to do it for you. This report provides you with a list of customers and Associates who need to take action to maintain their account with New Earth. All you have to do is reach out and help them do it!
