A New Chapter with New Earth

We closed the previous chapter and have started a new chapter together. This new chapter is built on a solid foundation, designed for longevity, and crafted with your success in mind. As you know, it includes new tools, new websites, a new compensation plan and much more. As we begin this new chapter you may be feeling a little overwhelmed, wondering where you stand and what the next step is. Rest assured, we have you covered.

So, where do we go from here?

There are a couple key things you can do to make the most out of the new compensation plan: the first is defining your goals by identifying what you want and when you want it and the second is taking action by following the 2x2x1 model.

Let’s get started by defining what you want, when you want it, and how you will get there. Ask yourself the following questions:

  • Where will I be in the next 3 to 5 years?
  • What can I do in the next 3 to 5 months to move closer to that goal?
  • What can I do in the next 3 to 5 days to bring me closer?
  • What can I do in the next 3 to 5 minutes to move forward on my path to the next 3 to 5 days?

Now that you know what you want, start taking action to get there by focusing on 2x2x1. As a part of the 2x2x1 model, you want to get two Retail Customers, two Preferred Customers and one Associate enrollment every month.

Customers are key to the long-term success of any business, so it makes sense to pursue Retail and Preferred Customers first. This will provide balance and a firm foundation to your organization.

We recommend that new Associates not join New Earth alone but instead choose the buddy system. Encourage your new team members to join with someone so they can be a support and companion to each other.

These simple steps, when pursued by everyone in your organization including yourself, every single month, are the equivalent of planting small seeds that will yield massive results over time.
